SK IT CENTRE is one of theย leading BPO firm (USA based) in Bangladesh, provides various tasks of virtual assistance and IT solutions to USA customers. We are looking for a dynamic oriented, young professional and skilled on HR and Compliance to assist day to day admin operation alongside will contribute recruitment process and select the right people and train them for growth development. Candidate must have a good intention to work at Night Shift since it is a BPO company!
- Maintain a smooth recruitment plan and execute the process on demanded the new vacancies.
- Promote the brand value by advertising more and conduct an appropriate tool engaging in social platform and other events.
- Implement HR policies concerning working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
- Design and conduct engaging new employee training and orientation, sitting them to the work place.
Responsible for conducting performance report, ensuring calculation appropriate of data collecting as per companyโs method.
- Conduct the payroll process and maintain comprehensive employee records both in electronics and hand paper files.
- Conduct in submission application and monitor the file new client onboard.
- Engaging on floor operation to collect data and follow up execution of employeesโ daily working method.
- Ensuring every employeeโs performance profile is recorded as well as updated to calculate the actual evaluation on report.
- Conduct seminars and attend various event and job fairs presenting company to create brand value.
- Responsible to arrange cultural event and execute the program, present current plan and future vision.

- Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate USA time zones & holidays.
