  • O level/A Level, IELTS score minimum band 7+.
  • Minimum ๐๐š๐œ๐ก๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ซโ€™๐ฌ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐ž from a reputed Public/Private University.
  • Candidates with a background in English medium/version will be given preferences.
  • 2 years of working experience in the client and vendor management section of the Property Preservation Industry are encouraged to apply.

  • As the main point of contact for our USA clients, you need to ensure that their needs are met, and their inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Maintaining communication regarding work progress.
  • Contact clients on a regular basis for work orders, work updates, submission extensions, etc.
  • Contact vendors on a regular basis for updates, negotiations, assurance of quality work, on-time work submission, etc.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of services to USA clients.
  • Good intention for expansion always need!

  • ๐„๐ฑ๐œ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ฌ๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง American ๐„๐ง๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐š ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ, speaking, listening, writing, and reading.
  • Proficient and possess strong computer skills.
  • Prior experience in email handling, customer support, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Itโ€™s important to understand USA business practices and cultural sensitivities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate USA time zones & holidays.
  • An adequate typing speed.

  • Salary: Negotiable

  • Two festival bonuses and a monthly performance bonus.
