- 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Graduation from any discipline or studying at reputed public/private University.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with the company’s goals and drive online traffic to our platforms.
- Manage Social Media Campaigns: Oversee the company’s social media accounts, plan content calendars, engage with followers, and monitor social media performance.
- SEO and SEM Management: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to improve visibility and drive traffic.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on website traffic, campaign performance, and other key metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and implement them as appropriate.
𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing).
- Content Creation Skills: Strong writing and content creation skills with the ability to produce engaging and high-quality content.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp), and content management systems (CMS).
- SEO and SEM Knowledge: In-depth understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and search engine marketing (SEM) practices.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing strategies and collaborate with team members.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop unique digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all marketing efforts.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
